2000 Z/28 core support repair So since my Z has been in an accident somewhere in it's history, everything has been fixed, besides my core support. It's all warped and the hood-latch/bumper bracket doesn't reach it on the front to bolt on anymore (3/4" apart). I'm thinking about cutting the center section of the core out and welding in new angle steel????? I want to do a vertical radiator soon. Opinions? Suggestions?
