Default 1997 Camaro Lower drivers door hinge

FUBARed. age and use has taken a massive toll on the lower drivers door hinge. A hinge pin kit won't fix it as the hole isn't remotely roundish. More like a blown out slot. I have to replace the hinge, but I cannot find a single one online.

Anyone have any good ideas for a secure fix or where I could source a good one?

To old too be made by GM, not old enough to be made by the reproduction market.

Apparently, what a body shop would do is ream the hole bigger and back circular, then install an oversized bushing kit. Kind of how a main bearing can be machined out and and oversized bearing installed. Im bout to look on rock auto now and see what I find.
