Just received my speed engineering 1 7/8" race headers and off road y-pipe. Looking for a good write up with pics on the removal of the A.I.R for the race headers and the complete installation

Ivr heard alot of guys change the mm at this point. Has anyone had luck using the stock rubber mm. I realize there 12+ years old so possibly worn out so if getting new rubber ones helps willing to change them out
