Default 17"x10.5" wheels

Hey guys, just bought a 2001 Z/28 6 speed. Already have a few mods in mind including 4.10:1 gears and wheels and tires
Asking those who have done it, I have some American Racing wheels picked out. Will they have any clearance issues?

Front:
17" x 9" wheel, 45mm offset
245/45-17 Nitto NT555's

Rear:
17" x 10.5" wheel, 44mm offset
275/40-17 Nitto NT555's

Also, would you recommend 4.10s or 4.56s? I've heard 4.56s are too steep for street use but I've never been in a car with that steep of gears.

I'm new to this (modifying cars and forums) so I apologize in advance if I make a newbie mistake.
Thanks

Those offsets seem strange to me but they should fit (I would double check by asking in the wheel section).
However I can tell you that those tires are too narrow for that wheel width and will looked stretched.
If you want to run a 17x9" wheel you should run a 275/40 tire, and if you run a 17x10.5" wheel you should run a 315/35 tire at widest, and 285 at narrowest.
And yes, a 4.56 gear is pretty steep for a street car, 4.10s are very common although you might want to look into the rear end issues these cars have. The factory 10bolt rear is weak, and can easily break from wheel hop, or hooking from a hard launch. Putting 4.10s in will make the rear even weaker.
