Default 1968 Camaro -Neutral Safety Switch?

I was told to replace the neutral safety switch on my 1968 camaro it is a manual 4 spd. Any idea where the switch might be located? I am guessing on the transmission case or in the clutch linkage perhaps? Car will not turn over no electrical power going to the starter. Mabe the ignition is shot?
New coil, but have had problems with the key switch in the past.

Should be at the back and the top of the clutch pedal arm under the dash.
