Default supercharging a 1992 Z28.

Ok so I can get rid of the TPI put on a modifed LT1 intake. headers.eshaust, cam, and a tune(chip ) and be good to go. huh now what if I want to put a SC on top of all that it will work with the LTI intake correct?this is my plans for the car. When ever I get a chance to do it all. it will be a slow process. I want a SC mainly a magnacharger I have read and heard they are good. How much boost could it hold? should I upgrade the rods and pistons and crank before I boost it?it will be a street machine, something fun the drive on the weekends and reliable to were if I had to I could daily it even though I have a daily

Yes, you should get forged internals.

If you get a magnacharger it will omit the LT1 intake plenum, magnachargers sit straight on the heads

yes but I have to modfiy everything for the intake to work so I would have to order set up for a LT1 correct? also those are the mods that are going on soon. that later the SC goes on.

I assume you have a few miles on the car being a 92'. I would suggest a rebuilt motor with forged internals before any supercharger. You might want to stay n/a after that. You're looking at spending a lot of $$$. I'd start with the smaller things you mentioned above first.

I sold my short block and picked up a new forged one and the difference was $2000. Its never cheap. Just pick up some head and cam package. A lot cheaper if you're tight on $$$. Forced induction is extremely expensive.
