Need help determining the trim on this camaro that I am wanting to purchase online. could this be determined by the vin# ?

Get a photo of the RPO build code decal that is on the door jamb of the driver's door. It will have all the 3-digit codes for the options on the car. If it is the red with silver stripes Limited Edition 35th Anniversary SS, it will have both "WU8" and "Z4C" on that decal. Here is a list of the other options:
