I just did an engine swap in my '02 SS. The thing was running fine before the engine swap (other than the gut-wrenching sound of the #7 rod slapping around in the block!!). Now that we have the new engine in, we can't get it to fire up. The fuel pump will not come on by itself, but if we jump the relay that is towards the back of the car (I think its a Racetronix setup, not sure though, it was on the car when I bought it) it will pump fuel just fine. There is no power feeding the relay. We also have spark at the plugs. All the ingrediants for fire, right???? Well it won't fire. I'm wondering if there is something that went wrong with the security system that won't let it fire up. All the fuses and relays seem to check out fine unless there is one that is hidden.
