Ok, I am trying really hard not to buy another Z, but I found a hard-to-pass-up deal on one. According to CamaroZ28.com that year there were only 930 made. The other years are listed just as Mystic Teal (79U).

What are the differences between Mystic Teal and Mystic Teal Metallic?

Metallic fades to purple in the light. The teal just well stays teal. Someone correct me if im wrong. BTW, lets see some pics of this beauty.

I'm mostly looking in terms of the rarity of it (that's the only reason I am looking it at it).





85K, K&N appears to be the only mod.

I'm trying to figure out which gears it has in it. The dealer wants me to come in and look at it but its 350 miles away. Just telling me the code would save everybody a lot of hassle. If its got 2.73s I would most likely pass on it - for now.

Gears code for 3.23's is GU5. Thats what i have. Im guessing its an 01 since you said only 930 made and if i remember correctly after researching my car i found that out as well. Only 930 made in 01. Looks to be in decent shape. How much do they want for it?

I bought mine with 36k miles on it for 13.9k. Of course being my first real car purchase interest owned me so im stuck down to 17.6k, thats after me already paying off a grand, haha. Oh well i love the car to death and it will be receiving some mods soon.

Heres how mine sits today. Just put new tires on it but you get the idea. Be sure to pull off that ugly black grill when you buy it. Haha.
