Default AC aftermarket through pcm problem

Having the following problem with ny classic air system/ Sanden compressor.
Using factory pressure sensor on high side, initially engages AC normally, but after 15 minutes or so clutch seems to cycle on and off for no apparent reason. Checked hi and low side pressures, eng temps are well within or below stock settings.
Any ideas?
Thanks
98 pcm, 3 wire pressure sensor, 3 wire temp sender.

Didnt know there was a controller in the evaporator. What could go wrong with it to falsely turn off clutch. It wasnt too cold.
Thanks!
