Default 6.0 heads

I have a 6.0 out of a 2002 truck with 317 alum heads i'm wanting to put a healthy cam and carb set up on it whats the diff. Between the 317 heads and 241 heads i already know cc's are diff. How much compression will the 241's give me are valve size the same and which one flows better its going to be more of a strip car than anything.......

The 317's flow better, they are the Truck version of the 243's.

bring them to 64 to 62 cc that will give you about 10.75 to 11

I shaved .020 off my 317 heads and they work good with my .600 lift cam.
