New to this can any one help I have got a 2004 5.3 that I would like to put in my 1979 k25 gmc 4x4 truck have autotrans with the motor but have the 4 speed grany in truck lost on where to start would like to put autotrans and motor in allso have all wiring with computer dont have any idea where to start .

Wow that was a long sentence haha. There are a lot of great swap threads around here, they can probably get you started. I would suggest getting all the parts you need before you pull the motor out.
