Default Mount plate adapters

Hi,
I understand how this plate works

by looking at this pic......

I don't understand how this plate works. Is the note "Countersink hole for tapered-head bolt" pointing to the wrong hole? Shouldn't it be pointing at the hole to the left of where it is pointing in this pic?

If this drawing is correct [or even if it isn't], does anyone have a pic with the plate mounted to the block and the mount attached to it?

Thanks

Rob

The second hole from the left, on top should be the one that is countersunk.
