Head/Block/Cam Compatability Does anyone know if a 2005 LM7 block is compatible with a 2001 Corvette LS1 heads, intake, and cam? I am primarily concerned with valve/piston clearance. The casting # for the heads is 12564241. It is the regular cam, not the Z06 cam. Also, what would be the best ECM choice? I appreciate any help that you can offer as I plan to build a low-buck LS conversion for my 68 Camaro.
