Default 6.0 Wagon update

Here is what I did during winter...I didn't touch the motor, I know what it runs, and because I drive to the track I decided to focus on a few weak areas..and also took about 80lbs off the front end.

* rebuilt the rearend, new bearings and seals
* moser axles and studs
* chromemoly driveshaft
* new front steering parts
* converted over to a manual steering box
* new radiator support, new dual fans and larger transmission cooler
* 5 star wheels, front skinnys, rear bfg's
* DynoTune Lean shutdown switch
* polished the ECM

Didnt your car used to be carb'd? Does it go better with the fuel injection?

yes it was carbed. I dont have any back to back numbers, but for me its 100% better. Start it up and drive. Gets around 22-23 mpg. If you do alot of the work yourself FI is cheaper then a carb kit.

I don't know anyone who could do a good tune for me if I ended up going efi. That would be the only problem for me.

...added ls3/l92 heads and a truck l92 intake. Had to swap fuel rails to keep my fpr, and im using the small 75mm throttle body, but my butt dyno tells me its faster. ya its dirty, its a driver....
