Default Help will not run

I am just finishing my LS6 conversion into a Jeep TJ. Last weekend I fired the motor for a quick 30 seconds and she fired right up. Saturday I finished all the plumbing and tried to start it so we could check oil pressure etc and let it run for a bit.

It started right up ran for 30 seconds or so but not more than a min. The oil pressure was starting to climb nicely then it shut down and will not re fire.

There is 60 PSI fuel pressure
Starter spins motor over.
Definitely fuel in the cyl's can smell when plugs are pulled
Getting a back fire through the intake

Does any one have Ideas? seems like a timing issue so I am thinking CPS but not to sure. The Timing was set dot to dot and the motor spins freely. Im stumped and in a rush to finish this off. PLease help

if you did any CPU pin work, check to make sure all the pins are fully seated, happened to me. Have you tried reseting the PCM, pull a plug and check for spark?
