Well getting ready to tear into my Camaro. Mostly just getting a parts list in order, talking with the painter etc.

Here is what I have come up with so far:
LQ4 truck engine with a cam swap, and possibly pistons, carbed with highest intake I can fit under the hood, long tube headers. I have found motor mounts, oil pan etc to make the swap as well.
Tremec 6 speed from keisler
Currie 9 inch with 3.89 gears with a Detroit locker and disc brakes, 2 inch drop springs
drop spindles and disc brakes in front
Center line wheels 17X9.5 in the back and 17X7 in the front
Steering and brakes are both going to manual
Exterior is going to be either Satin silver metallic (Foose 2007 stallion) or pepper gray metallic (elanor) with a flat black bumble RS stripe around the front.
Gutting the interior myself and having the car rotisaried(sp) with the interior paint to match the outside.
Car weighs 3100lbs right now it should go down the road pretty swiftly!
Let me know what you guys think or if there is anything I might be over looking.
