99 camaro. I swapped a ls1. I put in a ls1 pump. After tuning and buttoning up at Dave's Total Performance in cincinnati, OH. He said he had it running and idling fine. Well i picked up the car, everything seems to work except the fuel pump won't kick on. I trailered it home. I checked the plug with a voltmeter, seems to be getting power. I swapped the v6 one back, which worked completely fine when i pulled it. It will not kick on either. Does anyone have any idea's on what could be the problem? I dont see this pump being broken also, i could be wrong. but Autozone is 400 for a pump, i want to know this is the problem before i buy one.
