I have both their oil pan and conversion mounts, but haven't installed either yet. Both very nice products. Lots of guys at www.pro-touring.com and www.lateral-g.net have them and have nothing but good to say about it.

I just got my pan in yesterday and so far I love it. the adapter piece is SWEET. it even allows you to run the factory blockoff plate. for those of use running a turbo its the perfect(and free) way for pressurized supply to the turbo. I dont believe the other pans that use a remote oil filter have that

FYI the autokraft pan has had issues with clearing the steering link knuckles on some Gm A-body conversions. The f-body pan is not as thick up in front and has recesses on the front corners that clear the knuckles. Good luck with your builds.

I still think its great for the price, but I took it to my welder, who is a 20 year career welder, to tig the oil return fittings on for me, and he ripped that pan a new one.

now, admittedly, being thats what he does a for a living, he probably is far more critical than most, but he showed me a couple of pin holes that could potentially be a leak(doubtful to me though), questioned why in one spot they only welded it on the inside and not inside and out, and showed me a couple of things like sharp edges on welds etc. I think he was nitpicking because I told him the price

overall though, its still a good pan for the money. and, as I said, the adapter is trick
