Default 6.0 in a 68 Camaro

I need ideas and info. swaping a 6.0 LS based motor in a 68 camaro, I currently have a 6.0 truck motor complete with all accesories and ECM. the goal is 600-650 hp if possible. a supercharger is not out of the question or possibly stroking it. I do not want nitrous. will the truck accessories work in the camoro? I need to retain A/C also. I realize it will need heads, cam and blower or heads cam and stroker to reach the 600-650 hp range. what is my best option? the trans is a built 700R with manual valve body. thanks

your trans will work with few mods and correct parts.
the truck acc. may not clear your hood, depends on mounts used.

I am running a cowl induction hood and the truck accessories and everything clears my hood.

No, I don't have A/C, I just drop the top! From everything I've read you have to notch the frame to get the A/C to fit.

You will have to notch the frame a bit to get the A/c to clear, but not much.

You will need a few other pieces to complete this project as in: motor mount adapter plates, headers, oh and we can help you with a custom harness that will fit your motor in your car vs making one work out of a truck if you decide to go that way. Our harness builder lets you decide where you want the PCM to be located in your car!!
