Hooker max flow with the 22 inch long case. This is about as quiet as you can get and they flow better than any turbo muff or flowmaster.

Well we just finished LS6 with 1 3/4 headers, 3" with X crossover, dynomax ultra flos welded and its very quiet on the street, sounds better in the car.

Once the weather goes away, i will post some drive by's but we just did some dyno pulls with the new exhaust on it.

Check out the 1978 malbu Project Thread.

If you can find an SLP DUal Dual muffler, they are quiet and flow well. I only saw 5-7 RWHP difference between running through my Dual Dual and running with cutouts open.

Here is a link you may be interested in...
http://www.dynomax.com/soundsofdynomax.php .
Here is a quote from their ad... "Dyno tests prove it--Dynomax's Super Turbo mufflers are the closest you can get to running an open pipe, but a lot quieter."
There may have been flow improvements (on other mufflers) since this dyno testing was done but I doubt you will find one that is quieter and flows this well.
I would only use the offset in/out for maximum benefit...

The longer the case, the quieter it will be.
