Is there diff btw X pipe or H pipe?

Is there diff btw X pipe or H pipe? I just finished install manual trans t56. The trans mount return backward maybe 2-3inch, so the Xx pipe will not fit well becouse of the drive shaft, if I install H pipe, will it make any difference in the power rwhp? less or more?
