my dad is restoring a 66 chevelle SS, non numbers matching car. he bought a 502 crate motor to put in place of the 396, and would like to run a t-56, but will only do so if there is a mount to place the shifter of the t-56 in the correct location in the original ss console, otherwise he is throwing the M-22 back in place. Anyone know of a company that sells something like that? I know its not a lsx, but it is a t-56 so I thought maybe someone would be able to help. thanks.
