LS1 in 3rd Gen Camaro, No Start, Please Help!

LS1 in 3rd Gen Camaro, No Start, Please Help! Helping a buddy finish up his LS swap into a 3rd gen Camaro. Engine is a 2001 LS1, 2000 PCM auto car.
Engine ran fine in donor car before pulled. Flash forward, engine is in, fuel pressure is good, no DTCs, VATS disabled in tune, speartech harness, grounds tested good but no spark.
Car will crank and crank but won't fire. We have power at the coils but appears they are not firing the plugs. Fuses look good also all around.
Pretty dumbfounded at the moment. We have HPTuners and looked over any obvious stuff but nada.
Any ideas?

Checked all of the connections but will go through it again. PCM was already tuned prior to the swap. I have HPTuners so I just got the credits, read the entire pcm, turned off VATS while checking other things (no emission DTCs settings) and reflashed. The car would crank but not start prior to this. We thought VATS was the initial culprit.
The owner is going to grab a new crank sensor however the pcm is showing RPM when cranking so we don't think its that. Maybe its something weird.
