Pics of coil pack relocation please!
Doing a front mount turbo setup on my 67, and having a tough time with relocating these coils below the flipped C6 manifolds. They're grouped together like everyone else using all-thread and nuts already. Some detailed info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks fellas!

Here is mine. Brackets are cut way down. Passenger side is a little tighter due to the starter and I dont have any pics of that side.
You can buy cheap plug wires from Jegs using LT1 wires (distributor terminals are the same as LS1 coils) and then cut and recrimp the plug end as needed. About $40 after you buy the new terminals for the plug end.
It really cleans up the top side.

Can't believe those plug wires are $29.99, plus terminals... Where'd you get the terminals? Was looking at my local machine shop/parts store today, lots of selections. 90º looks awesome.
PS - Fbody pan? I was stupid and got the moroso... more drama than it's worth really.

I cant remember if that boss was drilled and tapped already or if I did it. It fastens to the engine mount on the front side. If your going to do it, make the passenger side bracket first as on that side the coils have to mounted in a four pack arrangement to fit with the starter. Sorry I dont have pics of that side.

I have seen them mounted to the Frame Rails, front crossmembers, Engine Adapter plates, lower firewall, upper fire wall, fenders, just about anywhere. Don't have any pictures of them. Any why not in side the cab!
If your engine is mounted with enough room between the heads and the firewall, I have seen relocaton mount being marketed to put them on the back of the heads.
I would just be concerned where you mount them for heat and water. Hot Headers and Plug wires just doen't mix LOL.
And All six engine bosses are drilled and tapped.

Hoping to get some work done on the car here this week, will report back.

K guys, finally got to it... here's what I did on my 67. Since it's a front mount setup, needed to keep them away from the exhaust as far as possible without plug wires everywhere, these will require 90* coil ends and 90* plug ends and coil harness extensions. Should work pretty dang well I think. Let me know what you all think.
