Green pin 59? Crank Voltage? Needed or not?

Green pin 59? Crank Voltage? Needed or not? I'm making a stand alone harness taken from a 2006 LQ9 using a 04' GTO PCM (deleting DBW) It is going into an OLDER car...Truck pin-out shows Green 59 as Crank Voltage... GTO pin-out shows Green pin 59 Crank Voltage, is not used which tells me to delete this wire. Am I correct to delete this wire? Also, truck pin-out displays two vehicle speed signal wires Green 49, 50... GTO shows only Green 50 as a vehicle speed signal. I guess I delete wire at Green pin 49?? First timer here, any help is appreciated. Thanks!

well don't be afraid to call him to lol sometimes its tough to get ahold of him during the week because of his day job but I usually have the best luck callin him
