i want to put a ls series motor into my 93 silverado z71 it has the 4l60e trans and tbi my main question is how can i get the computer to run the trans and if it controls the transfer case or not.
is there any stickys or websites that go over this install?
i really want to use a stock ecm but will i have to contend with vats then i really need a few good writeups if you guys could point me in the right direction i would really appriciate it

I believe the trans in that truck has a 5 pin trans connector, correct? If so, the computer does not control it, wiring is for the TCC lockup control.
