Upper is for tac module I believe,middle is park/neutral and bottom is trans control main harness.

That is all correct! The middle one is the "later" style PNP switch connector found on later transmissions. I believe it integrates the earlier two-connector setup into one connector.

Thank you for the point in the right direction.
I found some pinouts for the 2004 Express van ecu.
I should be able to convert it.
