Default Drive by cable throttle body with DBW PCM?

Hi all. I have been lurking here for a while, finally decided to sign up. I just acquired an 05 LQ4 from a GMC 2500 van to swap into my 66 Chevelle. I bought the engine basically complete, minus front accessories and PCM. I wasn't too worried about the PCM since I have a spare factory PCM from my 06 1500. Once I got to looking at my new engine I realized that it was a drive by cable throttle body. I wasn't aware that the 2500 vans weren't DBW in 05. Anyway, I was wondering if my 06 1500 PCM could be flashed to work with the 05 van setup? I plan to mod the harness for standalone use. I know a lot of things will need to be changed and deleted from the factory tune, but I wasn't sure if the DBW control was something that could be removed.

Only certain 'Green/Blue' PCMs were capable of DBC. What is the service number of the 06, I doubt it is capable but worth a shot.

The service number on the PCM is 12589463. If it won't work, I guess it's not a big deal. I can pick up another PCM. I was just hoping that was a few dollars I wouldn't have to spend.

I know this thread is old (6mth) but what was the final determination on the numbers? I have the same pcm and trying to see if it is going to work with DBC.
