Default 04GTO-t56 stock harness, got it wired, IT RUNS !!!! wooohoo

04 GTO LS1 w stock harness sitting on engine stand;

I'm about to do a baby step and put power to my harness so I can read the PCM with a scantool. I have the following wires connected to C206, but have a question.
So far:
Pins: 6, 7, 8, 13, 18, 21. --> Batt+
Where da hell does this thing get ground ??? Pin 2 (Low reference) ?

I got the DLC connector figured out. 2 grnds, a hot and Pin: 26 yellow--> DLC pin 2 purple

OK, wait a sec. I came across this doc in my files....
2004 GTO connections.doc

Looks like C101 is where I feed Batt+ to injectors. Glad you guys warned me

Figured it out. Hooked up all hots and grnds on C206 and C101 and scanned the ecm.

OK, c'mon now folks. Weigh in w a little advice if you would...

Engine turns and tries to fire, but does not run.
scroll to the end of the vid 0:50 seconds


Power and grounds hooked up as previously described.

C101 has +Batt -> 2,3 (red , lt green)... Grnd at 5 bk/rd

Edit: I see C101 #6 is for A/T rev lock and skip shift.
However, my question about C101 #1(yellow) CPP clutch pedal. Does that need Batt+ to start ??

Edit2: And yeah, the PCM has been programmed. Vats, sec O2 delete, etc.

Do you have 60 psi at fuel rail ?
If injectors have set for more than 6 months, remove and soak in kerosene for an hour then re install. Ensure vats is set to none in PCM file too.

Thank you sir. I have some seafoam to soak em in.

yes, 50+psi at the rail.

yes, injectors have been sitting.

yes, VATS should have been canned.

She's a runnin'. Thanks again AK. Soaked the injector tips overnight in seafoam, and this morn I blew some carb cleaner through them while applying 12v. Nice foggy spray pattern.


Edit: Oh, DMM connected to GN & BN/WH of stock oil press sensor. 1.6 volts at idle, 2.0 volts at fast idle.
