2001 4.8 to 2006 6.0 Swap

2001 4.8 to 2006 6.0 Swap Hey guys, I'm Scott. I'm here because of a reference that this was th LS swap headquarters...looks like they were right!
Mine will be pretty simple compared to some of the other swaps in this forum. I'm going from a 2001 4.8 to a 2006 6.0 (LQ9). Truck is a 2001 Silverado half ton, and the trans is a built 4L60.
Things I know I'll need:
-- swap to keep my cable operated throttle body.
-- PCM tune.
Now for the questions... (sorry, I have a lot).
-- Is the flywheel the same on both engines or do I need to use my 4.8's flywheel?
-- Do I need to swap intake manifolds and fuel rails from my original engine to the new one?
-- What do I need to change electronically between a 2001 and a 2006 engine?
