All ls swapped foxbody guys please. opinions requested
Hey guys, just pickup up a 70k mile lq4 and 4l80 trans to swap into my 90 coupe. I know there is a ton of info on the swap which I have been searching but had some questions that are more based on opinion so I figured I would start a thread.
Which did you guys do and why? Carborated or efi?
How much hp would be lost on a cammed lq4 with factory 2010 camaro manifolds and 3in x pipe vs long tube headers?
How much can I safely spray on a stock lq4? Wet kit on 110/93 mix
Thanks guys and sorry for all the newby questions, I'm extremely new to anything lsx

I went the EFI route personally as I enjoy tuning with a laptop rather than swapping carb jets. To me it seems more efficient and controllable, but it is just my preference. I know a lot of folks who work magic with carbs, but to me EFI is just the way to go for economy, reliability, and consistency in the tune. The factory computer is pretty darn good at doing anything you could want when flashed with HP tuner or EFI live.
