Default ebay headers

Has anyone used the camaro ebay headers in there 68-74 nova ls swap? Or heard anything good or bad about them? Thinking of trying them for a drag car project. I read something a while back but would like to hear some more feedback.

Considering those are for 98-02 LS1 F bodies.. you'll have to be careful. I know of a few people using headers for that application to Fit in A and G body cars. I have a set of pacesetters for my G body and some have had to barely ding the header tube, but in my case i had to notch the frame and dent the tube. So in my case i wish i would have just bought swap headers for a few hundred more, but Im a poor boy so o well :p. I would say for 200 bucks they would be worth a shot. The tubes seem to be tight around the block so Id imagine they may fit a few applications clearing steering shafts and a arms.

Look at me thread on those headers....for an extra 60 you can get a set of pacesetters....those Ebay headers sucked ***..flanges were warped bad and the primaries are just bulky...I just ordered these and now I just ordered a set of pacesetters from jegs with price match for 268 shipped...they will be here Monday if that helps....I think I just had a bad set of headers tho..

I am in the same boat for my 73' nova 5.3 swap. I would love to hav ethe purpose made Edelbrock SS caoted swap headers, but at $600, that was not in the budget! So I purchased a set of Ebay headers and with a torch and a buddy bent them into shape. Check out the DIY thread I put together with the details.

If you have a torch, a good buddy and the patients to make it work then got for it! Otherwords shell out hte dough for purpose made headers! Good luck!
