Default Tach bouncing

I have a 95 z28 with a 2000 ls1 swapped in. When accelerating at wot the tach and speedo bounce. When I am in park and rev the engine there is no bounce. Any ideas? For some reason I do not notice the speed bounce anymore. I have ran a test wire from the #10 red and that is not the issue....

Thanks in advance!

Swapped another motor into a 96 Z28 and the only way we could stop the bouncing on the tach was a dakota digital interface on the tach, the speedo did not go through the computer anymore so we used a dakota digital on that too
