Default hybrid swap ecu question?

Hi everyone great site, im new to the LSx world and have stupid question, I have A 1990 240sx with a 2002 corvette ls1 and t56 I recently bought, I wanna do some work to it and need to disconnect the battery will I lose the "tune" on the ECU? I guess the ECU has been modded to run in the car so im not sure? im not even sure of the set up Im pretty sure its just the stock ECU changed? any advice would be great. No, you won't lose your tune by unhooking the battery.
