Default 4.8/5.3 width?

Hi guys, I'm looking for dimensions for the 4.8/5.3. Especially "width' with and without manifolds vs a Ford 302/351w. Maybe I suck at the internet but hours of Googling didn't get me anywhere.

The vehicle in question is a Maverick and the distance between shock towers is pretty limiting.

Are the 6.0s wider than the 4.8/5.3s?

thanks

Not much help. but all LS are the same size externally, AFAIK. I have a 5.3 on an engine stand with C5 manifolds, could measure width tomorrow if you'd like. I think there is quite a bit of difference in the different manifold choices.

Approx 20.5" wide at the exhaust side of the heads,Truck manifolds will add about another 4" per side at the head,6" per side at the flange.Do a search, more than one of these engines have been put in a Mustang or Maverick!

All Gen III/IV motors are the same width long block wise.
