Default a4 to m6 swap need advice

I read the stuff in the manual trans section about swapping a4 to t56 but it seems all the posts are using the a4 harness and converting it to work with the t56. Does anyone have information about adapting an ls1/t56 harness into an a4 body harness. With the a4 body harness there are no provisions for the clutch. What is the difference between the two switches on the pedal? I know its one is to prevent starting with the clutch engaged and the other is to disengage cruise control but which switch does the PCM read? I did an 99 ls1/t56 swap into my 01 v6/a4 camaro. It will start and idle fine, rev up in neutral but wont go above a couple mph when i put it in 1st gear. Its throwing a c0244 and u1000. The tech 2 reads that the clutch switch is constantly applied which makes me wonder if maybe its reading that the clutch is depressed but gets thrown off when the car starts to pick up speed and is pulling fuel as it cant limit throttle. The car was set up with ASR in the 6cylinder for but is not set up for traction control with the ls1 so that could possibly be an issue? Any help or advice would be appreciated as this is really starting to wear on my nerves.

Since the ECM/PCM controls cruise control, but not starter function, I'm going to guess that it watches the cruise control switch on the clutch pedal. The other one is likely for the BCM.

The switch may be closed (applied) when the pedal is depressed. Check them with a meter to confirm which way they operate.
