need help rewiring a 2003 lq4 out of a chevy 3500 van

i bought a lq4 and 4l80e out of a g3500 van and tring to rewire the harness need HELP please

i found the web site that tells me everything for all kinds of help but i cant find the answers that i need for a 2003 g3500 van the pins are in diff spots than a truck so i need help

The VAN harnesses are slightly different from the other truck harnesses and car harnesses. Lets start simple, which PCM are you going to be using? RED/BLUE or GREEN/BLUE (This is what the van came with)?
