Default '71 mustang coupe 5.3 turbo?

Should i bastardize my classic? i have a 1971 mustang grande coupe, factory 302/c6, stuck between just restoring with a 351C, building classic street rod with 460/4speed, "OR" 5.3 TURBO/t-56??? Opinions??

Her factory weight is about 3100-3250lbs? iirc

If it wasnt a grande i most likely would do the swap but the grande is somewhat rare and i think i should restore it and pass down to my kids someday, just thought id get some opinions
