losing injector pulse

losing injector pulse i swapped a ls into an lt car, the vehicle starts then shuts right down. im losing injector pulse right after it fires over. any suggestions please help.

No im not losing spark. I did some research and talked to some very knowledgeable people and it all confirms its a vats situation. So my next step is to pay someone to delete it from my ecm. Thanx for the reply

LT1swap.com offers a VATS service for 75 bucks. I used him years ago before purchasing my own HPTuners setup. Turnaround was fast and he made a couple changes to my tune while it was there.
