I just aquired a 2004 2500 HD 4x4 with only 9k miles on it. yes 9,000 miles. and will be installing it in a 86 chevy half ton short bed 4x4. heres what i want to achieve. I will be swappig the engine and the 4l80E trans and t case in and will be doing a drivers side diff swap and want to use the AAM rear diff. and then will be doing a big single turbo s480 or something like that. so any advice and point me in the right direction. also i have done a complete LS1/4L60E swap into my CJ7 so i have some experience doing this. also what this engine,trans and t case worth as it sits with this low of miles?
