Im sure some guys will say it wont be sturdy, but if you use good bolts and braces it will be fine. Holley has a version that looks a lot like it

i seen that.it looks like the holley bracket but holley dont require using the a/c pulley that is 4.25.their bracket uses the 5 in pulley.i dont no how that would work it looks similar to the dirty dingo bracket i have and i think if it had another pulley in between the crank pulley and tensior the belt would no vibrate as bad.the further u get the compressor away from the crank pulley the worst it gets

I already had the bracket off another sbc, so its worth a shot for me. If it doesn't work Ill try something else. Those brackets are 30 bucks or so at a junkyard, wouldn't be losin much

Hello, didn't see your post. Were running the Novac on our 55 chevy 2dr post car with an LM7/munice 4-speed . It fit fine without any problems and has never made any noise or the belt jumped around. Good luck
