Default 5.3 in a 29 ford sedan

a buddy of mine just gave me a long block out of a 2010 chevy pickup with only about 6,000 miles on it, and I just bought a 29 ford sedan so it only seams logical. I going to go carberated. I have a few questions, i want to get everything out of it i can and want to start with a cam swap.im looking for one that has a good sound to it like the thumper cam. ill probably do something with the heads next year but with a cam like this i need to change the valve springs correct?what kind of numbers am i looking at with this swap?

Look into using the Corvette motor mounts, I just posted a thread questioning the use of these great mounts.
