Deleting stock ecm, keeping airbags?

Deleting stock ecm, keeping airbags? Hello fellas, I'm swapping a 6.0l lq4 with Holley Dominator efi. I started deleting wiring today and want to keep the airbags active, is this possible if I delete the stock mustang ecm?

The airbag system is seperate from the engine ecm. The airbag control module is a blue box under the heater controls. Get a factory Ford wiring diagram. They show stuff by component.
