Default Sanden vs R4

I currently have a Sanden ac compressor on a Kwik bracket on my 1999 Dakota LS swap. It takes up a lot of space, right where I want to put a turbo.

.

There is a bracket available to put an R4 there instead, and free up some space.

Any opinions on one compressor vs the other? I have heard people have more trouble with the R4 (noise, leaking, etc.).

The other people are right, the R4 isn't as good of a compressor as the Sanden. My $0.02. Also by the time you put lines on the back of the R4 versus the lines coming out of the side of the sanden, you'll only be saving a couple of inches, which might be a little close to hot turbo piping???
