Default Evap

Is the EVP purge solenoid on a Vortec engine intake something that would not be used on a Chevelle swap? I noticed that my PSI harness does not have a connector for it.

Yea no need for that on a custom swap like that. You can just remove it and plug it or use it for an intake temp sensor or something along those lines

it is part of the emmission system and not really needed. Have it flashed the DTC code out of the tune.

if you do want to use it. You will need to make sure that you use the fuel level and pressure senor from the doner (whole different subject there).

Thanks for the information. I will remove and plug it. Maybe it will give me a little more hood clearance.
