Default Shell essentials

Forgive me if this info is relatively easy to find, but two shells I am particularly interested in swapping an LS1 into are an RX-7 (FC or FD) or a 240sx. Obviously buying a shell would be much cheaper and efficient than a complete car in this case, but are there any components that I should make sure stay in the shell before bringing it home? I figure a good lot or the pre-existing components would have to be swapped out regardless, but I would like some input from anyone else. Thanks!

A complete car minus the drivetrain would be ideal.

A complete car with the swap done. Check Houston craigslist, believe it was an fc for like 10k
