I'm nearing the end of a LS1 swap into my 65 impala and I wanna start planning for my next. I wanna build a Monte Carlo that runs the mid to 7's in an 1/8. I think that would be around 11 second 1/4 time for you 1/4 track guys. I don't wanna spray any more than about a 150 shot of nitrous. The car will be running drag radials and have either a power glide or th400 trans. My question is does anyone have a suggestion on how i can reach my goal. Anyone have a suggestion on heads/cam packages to help reach my goal and any help information you have to offer.
