I modified my pedal bracket by removing the quadrant, disassembling the pedal shaft and rotating the outside arm 180* downwards so it can push a clutch rod rather than pull a cable. Made an adjustable turn buckle for the push rod, added a return spring for the pedal and used a Fiero V6 clutch master that clears the header tube and valve cover.

This is a one-off per my order. I talked to Ross at Quicktime last week and he said I have the only bell housing for this combo and asked me to please send them pictures when I get it hooked up. I was hoping they would see a demand for that design and therefore cut me a break on price. That didn't happen.

So, for those of us who are a little slow...
The part number that Bowtiedford listed (RM-6037) allows you to do the cable clutch with the various 5-speeds, but you would need to copy SSSTANG#1's custom BH if you want to use a cable clutch with the T56. Right?

the bellhousing that I have allows you to bolt an LS engine to a Ford T56 which has the adapter to bolt to mod motor bellhousing. The mod motor T56 also has the Ford input shaft with TO bearing sleeve and pivot ball for the clutch fork.

I have a cobra roller that I have been wanting to do this swap on, but it's mandatory I keep a stick in it. I have a nicely built t56 that was in the cobra too. Id hate to get rid of it for an ls one only to have to buy all the hydraulic stuff and rig it up to work.
Seems simpler to just spend the money on the adapter and BH like you did.
