I have a 5.3 in my 68 c10 and had a similar problem. If it's been sitting for awhile the injectors get clogged up. Mine had one stuck open. Had to clean them real good and tap on them while it first started running also. Also check and see if they are getting power.

Sounds like stuck injectors to me, but what pump are you using? In tank or external?

Very real possibility, I've had it happen. Try taking them out and soaking them in some Seafoam overnight. Usually does the trick.
